Veggie Stuffed Chicken Breast! | protein

Do you like chicken?!? Vegetables? (you should lol). This is a cool way to incorporate chicken and vegetables into one tasty dish, and it is a great source of protein.

Yields 1 serving

You will need:

  • 1 4-ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3g low sodium bacon
  • 1/2 ounce raw onion, sliced
  • 1/2 ounce raw green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ounce raw spinach, chopped
  • 1 ounce reduced fat low moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon old bay blackened seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar & bourbon seasoning
