Muhammad Ali said a lot of ground-breaking things, but this one really stood out to me. A pebble in your shoe is something you can control that is very miniscule in the grand scheme of things. If you look at your life and look at the bigger picture, your diet is something that you truly have complete control over. Why not take advantage of that? Move it out of the way because it’s causing you to crawl when you could be running to your dreams.
 
Setting goals and achieving them are two very different things. If you’re like me, you like to set goals that seem impossible to actually achieve them.

 
IMG_2111To really succeed in achieving ground-breaking goals you need to learn how to set and execute goals the right way. It all begins with your diet. I don’t know about you, but if I’m sick, sluggish, tired, impulsive, or irritable, working on a goal is the last thing I want to do. In order to not get sick, you have to fuel your body the proper way.
 
 
It has to become a lifestyle, not a “diet” that you embark on for 2 weeks and throw it away when you get tired of it.
 
As soon as you do that, achieving the “impossible” becomes a daily occurence!
