Hello! This is a simple follow up to my previous post. I was going on a rant about how important breakfast is. Here is a simple example of what I may eat for breakfast in the mornings. This took me all of 20 minutes from beginning to end. Check it out!

  • broil in oven on HIGH for 6 minutes, flipping midway

Health Benefits

  • very low in saturated fat shrimp breakfast
  • high in dietary fiber
    • Professor Andrew Smith at Cardiff University conducted a study resulting in people who have high fiber diets tend to think more quickly, are more energetic, and are happier!
  • very high in manganese
  • high in vitamin A
  • high in vitamin B6
  • very high in vitamin C

Can you remember from my shrimp taco and crab/veggie soup recipes how important seafood can be for your diet?

  • Omega-3 levels are high in shrimp, which assists in short and long term memory.
  • The presence of selenium in shrimp can help relieve irritability and anger.

This is a quick and easy way to get your day started. I had this with a bowl of fruit (grapes and chopped kiwi), a banana, and 2 boiled eggs that are not pictured. Eating right isn’t difficult at all, here’s proof!
