Breakfast, Hawaiian Style | organic

Hello! This is a simple follow up to my previous post. I was going on a rant about how important breakfast is. Here is a simple example of what I may eat for breakfast in the mornings. This took me all of 20 minutes from beginning to end. Check it out!

Yields 2 Servings

You will need:

  • 8 grams colossal raw shrimp (about 6 shrimp)
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 oz yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 oz raw tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 oz Organic Hawaiian dressing & marinade
  • 1 oz coconut oil spray
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 oz coconut oil spray


  • slide veggies, fruit, & shrimp onto 2 skewers
  • spray skewers coconut oil
  • brush with Bragg Hawaiian dressing
  • top with spices evenly
  • broil in oven on HIGH for 6 minutes, flipping midway

This is a quick and easy way to get your day started. I had this with a bowl of fruit (grapes and chopped kiwi), a banana, and 2 boiled eggs that are not pictured. Eating right isn’t difficult at all, here’s proof!
